Our stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boston - Cambridge was a mixed bag. The location was convenient, with shops nearby for any last-minute needs. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The room itself was comfortable, but we faced some initial challenges with the heater and TV due to the snowstorm.On the bright side, the coffee was top-notch and the hot breakfast, though basic, was a nice touch. The proximity to Union Square meant we had easy access to unique dining experiences and local shops. Plus, the nearby MBTA Lechmere station made exploring Boston and Cambridge a breeze.Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boston - Cambridge offers a solid option for those looking for a convenient base to explore the vibrant neighborhoods of East Cambridge and beyond.
